SALISBURY, NC — A three-vehicle crash on South Main Street in Salisbury left one man dead Wednesday morning, according to police. Officers said the collision involved an SUV, a passenger car and a pickup truck.
The Salisbury Police Department identified the man who died as Jonathan Michael Morgan, 51, the driver of the pickup truck. Police responded to the crash scene at about 7:30 a.m. on South Main Street between Long Meadow Drive and Peeler Road.
Officials said other occupants involved in the collision were hurt in the impact. Police have not released details about how the crash happened or the extent of the injuries.
